Where does Dr. Rossman practice?

Dr. Rossman is currently accepting patients in South Salem at the Wal-Mart Vision Center. He is an independent Doctor of Optometry.

Does Dr. Rossman accept insurance?

Dr. Rossman’s practice is cash-based. However, we can supply you with a receipt with which to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. In most cases, you can also use an FSA debit card to pay for your exam. Please check with them for details regarding your specific policy.

Dr. Rossman provides comprehensive eye health care including eye exams for all ages; prescriptions for eyewear and contact lenses; glaucoma diagnosis and management; treatment for eye injury, infection and disease; and referral and post-surgical management of cataracts, refractive surgery and diabetic complications.

Where did Dr. Rossman go to school?

After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Dr. Rossman completed a four-year Doctoral program at Pacific University College of Optometry.
